Price change log

Each weekly refresh compares the catalog with the previous one and records every SKU that was added, removed or changed price. The log covers the price catalog. The estimator's own price changes are on the price data page. The first time a category is read there is nothing to compare with, so it adds no entries.

No changes have been recorded yet. The first entries appear after a refresh finds a difference from the previous week.
