Compute unit prices
Oracle and Google Cloud bill their virtual machines by the resources you choose: a price per core-hour and a price per gigabyte-hour of memory, for each machine family. A VM costs its cores times the core price plus its gigabytes times the memory price, per hour, so there are no fixed sizes to list. For Oracle one OCPU is one physical core: two vCPUs on the x86 families (E and X) and one on the Arm families (A); Oracle charges the same in every commercial region. For Google the unit is a vCPU, one hardware thread, and memory is priced per GiB (a few families per GB, as the Per column says). Not in this table: Oracle families with no memory price, Google's custom machine types, GPU families, older Google families whose SKU names do not name the family, bare metal, and Windows and Red Hat licences. Oracle's Arm A1 family has a free monthly allowance, shown as its own row at a zero price.
